New Britannia meets Britains oldest food market at Roast, a restaurant and bar dedicated to classical British cooking using the finest seasonal produce. We are housed in the unique structure of the former portico of a flower market, inside which we serve gutsy food and delicious drinks.
Our dishes, wines and cocktails are constantly evolving and wherever you sit, there is a view - either into our open kitchen, over Borough Market or onto St Pauls Cathedral.
